Flexlife™ have developed a breadth of Subsea Project Management (SSPM) experience, assisting our clients to cost effectively manage all of their subsea assets and infrastructure.

Flexlife are experts in SSPM, all our Project Managers and Engineers have extensive subsea experience to anticipate and mitigate project risk. The Flexlife SSPM model is based upon mission analysis and execution using small dedicated client teams; delivering efficient and cost effective SSPM solutions which exceed our client’s expectations.

The Flexlife model succeeds through effective goal alignment by agreeing and achieving KPI’s designed to take into account our client’s key project drivers and alignment with their primary business objectives. These KPI's ensure project delivery is cost effective, safe, and efficient; minimising commercial risk and optimising the client’s business opportunities.

Flexlife commit a small dedicated focus-disciplined team into each project with an in-depth knowledge and practical experience of the subsea environment. These teams are typically made up of three personnel per project, one Project Manager and two Project Engineers with an associated project support function. The Project Managers are qualified to APMP (IPMA Level D) as a minimum.

The Flexlife model is focused on efficient enactment and a high degree of technical competence at all levels within these teams. This allows the disciplined experts the opportunity to deliver technical excellence whilst maximising the efficient use of key resources in a safe and cost effective manner.
