Our 3 stage approach to SSIM offers a systematical and flexible option to our clients allowing Flexlife to build a tailor made solution at any stage throughout an assets lifecycle.

• Stage 1 - Corporate or asset specific SSIM strategy and policy review and if required development of relevant documentation by means of a gap analysis.
• Stage 2 - Establish methodologies for identification of SCE, BCE’s (Safety & Business Critical Elements) and associated Performance Standards, including establishment of key organisational roles and responsibilities.
• Stage 3 - Full field implementation supported by flexWeb a specifically configured data management solution for SSIM based upon an RBI approach, taking account of inherent internal and external risk factors or base-line risk as it is known, enabling risk mitigation strategies to be developed, implemented and reported allowing informed engineering decision to be made in relation to condition of critical elements.
