Inspection
Over the last year, a number of new asset integrity management products have been brought to market to complement Flexlife's full subsea package. They offer numerous benefits to operators, helping to improve safety, maximise recovery and avoid unplanned shut-downs.

Monitoring
Flexlife's scanning technology can give an accurate depiction of the condition of a flexible pipe or riser, from the first stages of corrosion or degradation, allowing operators to plan maintenance in advance and avoid unplanned shutdowns.

Protection
Flexible pipe outer sheaths can become damaged through wear from interaction with the seabed and structures. Flexlife have developed an ROV installed protection system based on the Armadillo specifically to protect the outer sheath of the flexible from contact related damage, helping to prevent outer sheath breach and subsequent annulus flooding.

Repair
As well as offering technology which will identify corrosion or give a clean bill of health to undamaged flexibles, Flexlife is working to devise solutions for instances when infrastructure has been damaged.
