The Flexlife Armadillo™ dynamic riser repair system is an approach to riser outer sheath repair, specifically designed to repair instances of outer sheath damage on flexible pipes.

The system is modular and can be constructed in bespoke lengths and diameters in order to encapsulate and seal known outer sheath damage and will let you continue to operate the flexible pipe, preventing the ingress of oxygenerated seawater and consequently arresting corrosion.

There is no need to halt production whilst this repair system is being installed, and when used in conjunction with FlexGuard, ongoing pipe integrity can be monitored and quantified in order to extend the service life of legacy flexible pipes.
